Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration and HR Management / Economy or related field.

2. Excellent English communication ability.

3. Fresh graduate is acceptable

4. Have the skill of hunting is preferred

5. Strong communication / interpersonal and negotiating skills.

6. Open-mind, Dynamic and pro-active, initiative and resourceful

 

Job description
  • Sourcing vendor in Language services including recruit Translator; Interpreter; Voice-over freelancer and Translation agency over the world.
  • (Online Recruit) actively recruiting new vendors to build domain expertise (include recruit freelancer translation for Manufacturing; Banking & Financial; IT/Legal; Life Science) for language pair needs.
  • Creating and supplying translation sample tests to be evaluated for potential new vendors
  • Active management of translator vendor database
  • Relationship management with existing translator network in order to retain high-quality professionals
  • Negotiating translation rates
  • Create individual contracts for vendors according to set requirements and standards
  • Issues management with vendors in cases where the desired quality and project targets are not achieved

1. Responsible for delivering high-quality service related to recruitment internally and externally.

2. Work closely with internal departments, find out their specified culture, needs and build up long term partnership with them.

3. Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening, and shortlisting applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.

4. Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards

5. Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient to turn around time and candidate’s qualifications

6. Review internal recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program.
